Privacy Policy
Racad Tech, Inc. ("Racad ") provides managed file sharing, syncing, cataloguing, designing, archiving, ordering, and transmission services which allows users to receive, edit, access, store, send, sync, share, and append electronic signatures to, User Files (defined below) via Racad's proprietary platform (any and all of the foregoing, the "Services"). The Services include our websites www.Racadtech.com, www.GoPrint2.com, www.GoePower.com and potentially others as well as their sub domains (collectively the "Sites"), our software plug-ins, tools and applications (including any updates, new versions or new releases thereof).
This Privacy Policy informs you of our procedures regarding the collection, use and disclosure of the personal information we receive from users of the Services. We may update this Privacy Policy and will handle your information in accordance with the version that was in place when you submitted it.
We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time. If you have questions or concerns regarding this Privacy Policy, you should first contact Racad at info@racadtech.com.
Security
Racad utilizes multiple measures of security to instill customer confidence. Files are encrypted during the transfer providing traditional secure socket layers. Racad will never grant its employees full access to encryption keys.
Racad employs generally-accepted, industry-standard administrative, physical and electronic measures designed to protect the Personal Information submitted to us from unauthorized access, both during transmission and once we receive it. No method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic data storage is 100% secure, however. Therefore, while we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
We will make any legally required disclosures of any breach of the security, confidentiality, or integrity of your unencrypted electronically stored "personal data" (as defined in applicable laws related to security breach notification) to you via email or conspicuous posting on this Site in the most expedient time possible and without unreasonable delay, insofar as consistent with (i) the legitimate needs of law enforcement or (ii) any measures necessary to determine the scope of the breach and restore the reasonable integrity of the data system.
Information Use and Collection When you register an account, we collect some personal information, such as your name, phone number, credit card or other billing information, email address and home and business postal addresses. We use your Personal Information mainly to provide the Services, complete your transactions, and respond to inquiries.
When you use a Racad application, we automatically record information from your Device, its software, and your activity using the Services. This may include the Device's Internet Protocol ("IP") address, browser type, the web page visited before you came to our website, information you search for on our website, locale preferences, identification numbers associated with your Devices, your mobile carrier, date and time stamps associated with transactions, system configuration information, metadata concerning your Files, and other interactions with the Service.
We may combine your Personal Information with Non-Identifying Information and aggregate it with information collected from other Racad to attempt to provide improve the quality and value of the Services and to analyze and understand how our Services are used.
We also may use your Personal Information to contact you with Racad marketing or promotional materials and other information that may be of interest to you. If you decide at any time that you no longer wish to receive such communications from us, please follow the unsubscribe instructions provided in any of the communications or email us at info@racadtech.com with an explicit request to have your information removed from our mailing list. We will comply with your request as soon as reasonably practicable. We will send you strictly service-related announcements on rare occasions when it is necessary to do so. For instance, if a part of our Services is temporarily suspended for maintenance, we might send you an email. Generally, you may not opt-out of these communications, which are not promotional in nature. If you do not wish to receive them, you have the option to disable your account where applicable.
Information Disclosure
Other than as described in this section, Racad does not rent or share information about you with third parties other than to perform the services that are required for the customer, the service, maintenance and the administrative and billing aspects.
Service Providers. We may use certain trusted third party companies and individuals to help us provide, analyze, and improve the Service (including but not limited to data storage, maintenance services, database management, web analytics, payment processing, and improvement of the Service's features). These third parties may have access to your information only for purposes of performing these tasks on our behalf and under obligations similar to those in this Privacy Policy
Third-Party Applications. We may share your information with a third party application with your consent, for example when you choose to access our Services through such an application. We are not responsible for what those parties do with your information, so you should make sure you trust the application and that it has a privacy policy acceptable to you.
Business Transfers. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction, but we will notify you (for example, via email and/or a prominent notice on our website) of any change in control or use of your Personal Information or Files, or if either become subject to a different Privacy Policy. We will also notify you of choices you may have regarding the information.
Compliance with Laws and Law Enforcement Requests; Protection of Racad's Rights. We may disclose to parties outside Racad files stored in your Racad and information about you that we collect when we have a good faith belief that disclosure is reasonably necessary to comply with a law, regulation or compulsory legal request, protect the safety of any person from death or serious bodily injury, prevent fraud or abuse of Racad or its users, or to protect Racad's property rights. If we provide your Racad files to a law enforcement agency as set forth above, we will remove Racad's encryption from the files before providing them to law enforcement. However, Racad will not be able to decrypt any files that you encrypted prior to storing them on Racad.
Non-private or Non-Personal Information. We may disclose your non-private, aggregated, or otherwise non-personal information, such as usage statistics of our Service.
Emailing
As part of the Services, Racad's registered users may send a User File, or a notice of a shared User File, to one or more recipients identified by a valid email address. The message created by the Racad registered user will be sent from Racad on the Racad registered user's behalf to the email addresses the Racad registered user enters into the online form. These email addresses will be stored in the address book the Racad registered user creates and will be used only for the purpose of sending the email communication to the addressee.
Cookies
We also use "cookies" to collect information and improve our Services. A cookie is a small data file that we transfer to your Device. We may use "persistent cookies" to save your registration ID and login password for future logins to the Service. We may use "session ID cookies" to enable certain features of the Service, to better understand how you interact with the Service and to monitor aggregate usage and web traffic routing on the Service. You can instruct your browser, by changing its options, to stop accepting cookies or to prompt you before accepting a cookie from the websites you visit. If you do not accept cookies, however, you may not be able to use all aspects of the Service.
Children under 18
The Services are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with Personal Information without their consent, he or she should contact us at info@racadtech.com. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with Personal Information, we will delete such information from our files.
Links
Our Services contain links to other web sites. If you choose to visit an advertiser by clicking on a banner ad or other type of advertisement, or click on another third party link, you will be directed to that third party's web site. The fact that we link to a web site or present a banner ad or other type of advertisement is not an endorsement, authorization or representation of our affiliation with that third party, nor is it an endorsement of their privacy or information security policies or practices. We do not exercise control over third party web sites. These other web sites may place their own cookies or other files on your computer, collect data or solicit personal information from you. Other sites follow different rules regarding the use or disclosure of the personal information you submit to them. We encourage you to read the privacy policies or statements of the other web sites you visit.
Data Retention
All Racad registered users of our Standard Service may review, update or correct the Personal Information in their registration profile ("Account Information") by logging into their account and changing the "user preferences" associated with their account.
Retention and Deletion. Racad may retain your Account Information indefinitely as required by law or for legitimate business purposes, regardless of whether you have disabled your account as stated above. When you use our Standard Service by default your User Files are deleted from our systems within approximately seven (7) days after you make them available via the service. When you purchase a subscription to our Standard Service your User Files will be stored on our systems according to the "user preferences" you set for the file, if any.
Racad will retain Log Data consistent with applicable legal requirements. Generally, at a minimum, Racad will retain the Log Data collected from you in its active, internal company databases for up to six months, at which point it will migrate such Log Data to its offline archival systems, where Racad will retain the Log Data for a period of three years (together, the "Retention Period"). After the Retention Period, Racad will purge the Log Data from its systems. In the event of an investigation by law enforcement or a response to claims or legal process, we may retain the Log Data until such investigation or process is completed, which may be longer than the Retention Period.
If as a Racad registered user you wish to disable your account or request that we no longer use your information or provide you services contact us at info@racadtech.com. You may also disable your account for our Standard Service by submitting a Support Request to Customer Service.
